ABLE Charitable Hospital was established to help and provide for poor, disabled, and underprivileged citizens, especially children, women and old in the villages around Faridabad, one of the most deprived regions in India.
ABLE Charitable Hospital is a 65-room, 50-bed modern hospital built on seven acres of land and is open 24-hours a day. The hospital has a built up area of 35,000 sq. feet. There are currently 10 doctors on its payroll. The consultation fee for an in-house doctor is Rs.5 (ten cents) and Rs. 20 (forty cents) for a visiting doctor/consultant. The cost of operation is just about Rs. 5,000 ($125) for most kind of operations including gall bladder, stone in the Kidneys etc. Nearly 8% of work is totally free for the very poorest patients.
Presently, ABLE hospital treats about 20,000 patients a year and carries out about 400 operations annually. The target for next year is to treat 40,000 patients

In the past, ABLE has also worked-out a very economical solution with various hospitals including Apollo, Max-Escort Faridabad and AIIMS to operate poor children with complex surgeries and ailments in the villages. Eight such cases with a minimal cost of Rs 65,000 each ($1500) have been operated till date.
